Alisyn Camerota, CNN “New Day” co-host will serve as a moderator during the Friday, Oct. 12 Women Rising 2018 Gala in Greenwich.
The Women’s Business Development Council, a not-for-profit organization providing the training, education and borrowing power for women to launch and grow their own businesses, will hold its annual gala luncheon at the Hyatt Regency Greenwich, 1800 East Putnam Ave. in Old Greenwich.
The event will gather together hundreds of entrepreneurs, business and community leaders, legislators and other stakeholders.
Sponsored by Deloitte, the event will begin at 11 a.m. with networking followed by lunch and an awards program at noon.
Camerota, author of "Amanda Wakes Up," will lead a conversation on women’s economic empowerment with 2018 Woman with Impact Award winners Robin Imbrogno, president, CEO and founder of the Human Resource Consulting Group, LLC; Stacy Janiak, Chief Client Officer at Deloitte; and Hope Knight, president and CEO of Greater Jamaica Development Corp.
